The time is takes to produce your product(s) varies for each item. Please view each item’s listing for the estimated delivery date. While most orders ship quickly, we cannot guarantee faster processing times than those stated, as all items are made to order. Estimated delivery dates are also available to view in the cart and can vary by shipping method. Please note that all dates given are estimates only and are not guaranteed. High volume order times, such as the holidays, may require more time to process your order. On the rare occasion we are experiencing delays, the estimated delivery dates on each product page will reflect the delay. Order deadlines for major holidays will be posted in the announcement banner at the top of each page.

HANDMADE PRODUCT DISCLAIMER
The product(s) you receive may vary slightly from the product picture due to the nature of our product(s) being handmade to order. All products are made by hand which may result in slight imperfections and inconsistencies from product to product. Patterns and colors may vary. There may be slight misalignments and minor variations present. This is considered normal for handmade products and does not constitute a defect. By ordering you acknowledge that you have been advised that products are handmade and accept that minor imperfections and inconsistencies may be present in your products. No returns will be accepted due to handmade discrepancies.
DESIGN MODIFICATIONS AGREEMENT
Due to the high level of customization we offer for our products, it may be necessary to modify the text, outline, and accent colors in each design, from those pictured in our example photos, in order to assure that all design elements stand out and that nothing blends in with your selected team colors. By ordering you agree to and imply consent that we may take these necessary creative liberties to assure that your team colors can be made to work with each design.
Please note that while we make every effort to represent our colors accurately, each device’s screen displays color differently. Due to the large variation in screen displays, we are unable to guarantee an exact color match to what you see displayed on your screen. All color charts displayed on our site are a general reference only and colors are not guaranteed. Please make your color selection carefully as orders will not be remade, exchanged, or refunded due to colors not matching those displayed on your screen. By ordering you acknowledge that the color(s) you choose may vary from those displayed on your screen. At this time we do not offer team color matching services and cannot guarantee an exact match to your teams colors.
Although you may make the same color selection for different products, colors may vary slightly between different products due to each product consisting of differing materials and substrates.

All text-based personalization will be in the font and case as shown in the example photos. Personalization will be all capital letters. All personalization entered and requested will automatically be capitalized on your product, regardless of how you may enter it in the personalization request.
We do not offer proofs for any of our products. By ordering you acknowledge and accept that NO proof will be sent for approval.
The design and wording on apparel items may vary slightly in size and placement from the pictures especially among different sizes. Size charts are provided for apparel items on each listing. Please measure and use these charts as a guide. Industry standards for apparel can see these measurements vary by +/- 1 inch. All measurements provided are not guaranteed to be accurate. Apparel may be returned or exchanged only if it is not personalized, in its original condition, unwashed, unworn, and in its original packaging.

Our products are designed for teenagers 13 years of age or older. We strongly advise against giving them to children under the age of 13. Our products are not toys and should not be given to children, especially those under the age of 3. Please take into consideration the age and maturity level of your child if you are considering giving them our products. You assume all liability for giving a child our products as this is not their intended use. Small parts present in products and packaging can present choking hazards. Dispose of all plastic bags and packaging appropriately as they may present a suffocation hazard. Please see the “SAFETY PRECAUTIONS” section on this terms page for more age related safety information.
Our products may contain sharp edges and pinch points, please handle carefully. May contain small pieces that present choking hazards, especially to small children. Unfortunately we cannot accept cancellations as all items are made to order and personalized just for you. Your order begins production right after you place it.
ORDER CHANGE REQUESTS
Orders cannot be changed or modified after your order is placed. No additional items can be added to or removed from an existing order. Orders cannot be combined. Please check your personalization carefully as personalization cannot be changed or updated after an order has been placed. Shipping upgrades cannot be added after check out.
We currently ship to the United States only.
Our company may ship using the following carriers and some items may arrive in separate shipments.
* most orders will arrive via USPS (United States Postal Service) First Class mail. Priority and Express shipping upgrades may also be available as an option for select items at checkout for additional cost.
International shipping –
At this time, we are not accepting international orders.
Shipping Cost –
We do our best to offer fair shipping charges. Shipping costs are available to view for each shipping method on the shipping menu in your cart. Priority and express shipping options may be available for you to upgrade your order at an additional charge. Certain items may only be able to be shipped via standard shipping.
All orders require a production time prior to shipment. Any shipping times provided are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. Once we hand your package to the shipping carrier, we have no control over shipping time. Other factors such as weather and high-volume shipping times such as the holidays can impact how quickly an order is delivered.
Selecting express or priority shipping during checkout does not ensure a faster processing time. Your product(s) will still need it’s standard processing time. The estimate delivery date for Priority and Express are available to view in the cart and include all processing times and estimated transit times
INCORRECT ADDRESS OR UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGE
If your address was not entered correctly at the time of purchase:
Invalid Address: your package will be marked “Undeliverable” and usually returned to us. If the item is returned to us, you will be notified and you will be liable to pay for reshipment or forfeit your order without refund if it is personalized. Original shipping charges are not refundable. If the original order is never returned to us, you will not be refunded nor with the item(s) be replaced. No orders will be remade due to invalid addresses. You must wait for your original order to be returned before reshipment.
Valid but Incorrect Address: Shipping carriers will deliver to all valid addresses. Once the package is delivered to the resident at the incorrect address, it is up to them to return it to the carrier who will usually ship it back to us. We are not liable for reshipment of returned packages. If the package is returned to us, we will email you requesting you pay for reshipment. If you refuse to pay for reshipment or do not respond within 30 days, your order will be considered forfeit and will not be refunded if your order was personalized. Original shipping charges will not be refunded. If packages delivered to an incorrect address are not returned to us, we are not liable for replacement and your order will not be refunded or replaced. No orders will be remade due to incorrect addresses. You must wait for your original order to be returned before reshipment.
Reshipments due to incorrect address: After we receive the returned order, we will contact you for a corrected address to reship your order. You must wait for the original order to be returned to us. No orders will be remade. Prior to reshipment, you will be responsible for paying the additional shipping charges for the reshipment. Please be sure to double check your address prior to checking out to avoid additional reshipment charges and a delay in receiving your order. We are not liable for reshipment. If the original order is not returned to us for reshipment, you will not be refunded.
Please note that orders that are repeatedly undeliverable, refused, the buyer will not respond to a new address request within 30 days of first attempt, or buyer refuses to pay for reshipment will not be refunded or replaced.
LATE OR MISSING PACKAGES
We will provide you with a tracking number when your order ships. If your order appears to be stalled or lost in transit you can contact the shipping carrier or feel free to reach out to us at email@example.com with your order number and we will assist you in locating your package by contacting the shipping carrier on your behalf. Please understand that once we hand your package off to the shipping carrier, we have no control over the shipping process. High volume times such as during the holidays can cause additional shipping delays. All time frames provided for shipping are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We may request that you wait up to an additional 14 business days after your expected delivery date to make sure that your order is not delayed at a sort of facility. When a package is determined to be lost in transit, a replacement order will be initiated.
If your tracking number has listed your item as delivered but you are unable to locate it, please contact the shipping carrier as they can provide GPS coordinates to confirm the location of the delivered package. Please also check with other members of your household, neighbors, or the delivery driver themselves if possible. If the package does appear to have been stolen, please contact your local police department and file a police report. We would be happy to provide any information the local authorities require. All orders that are marked as delivered by the carrier are considered fulfilled and will not be refunded or replaced under any circumstance. Missing or stolen packages will not be refunded or replaced. Please assure a safe area for delivery.
All returns will be handled according to the following policies:
Prior approval from Latest Lineups is required for all returns. Without prior approval the return will be considered a forced return and will not be refunded nor returned to the buyer.

For all other items not excluded above, our return policy is 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have gone by since your order was marked as delivered by the delivery service, we unfortunately can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Items are only eligible for return if they are not personalized, unworn, unwashed, unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. You are responsible for paying your return shipping costs. Original shipping charges will not be refunded. All returns must be shipped using the United States Post Office or it is likely your package will be returned to you undeliverable. We are not liable for cost of return packages that come back to you because you shipped with a non-USPS carrier.
To complete your return, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of delivery and include your order number and item(s) name in your email to ensure your item is returnable, and for return instructions. Items must be post marked within 14 days after the return is approved. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Forced returns will not be accepted or refunded nor will they be returned to the buyer.
Please be sure your item meets our return criteria prior to shipping back to us. Items not meeting our return criteria will not be refunded and will not be returned to the buyer. Items will not be refunded as follows:
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, has been washed or worn, or missing parts not due to our error.
* If a package is undeliverable/refused and returned to us you will not receive a refund for personalized products.
* Any item with a return requested more than 30 days after delivery.
* Forced returns will not be accepted or refunded nor will they be returned to the buyer.
* Any item considered non-returnable in accordance with our policies.
* Items that have been worn, washed, or returned in an unsellable condition will not be refunded.

Orders that are damaged in transit may be replaced. You must report all damaged orders within 48 hours of delivery. Please contact us at email@example.com and provide your order number, the name of the item(s), and pictures of the damaged item(s) and its packaging (shipping box). This information is required by the shipping carrier. Once these items have been received, we will begin processing a replacement. The damaged item must be shipped back and post marked within 14 days of the delivery date. We are not liable to replace damaged orders reported more than 48 hours after delivery.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. You should see your credit applied to your account within a few days depending upon your credit card processors timeline. If your return is rejected it will NOT be returned to you nor will it be refunded. Please be sure to inspect your return to make sure it meets our requirements. All rejected returns are considered forfeit by the buyer.
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange please submit a new order and return the original product as you would in accordance with our returns policy.
We only replace items if they are damaged during shipping or there is a personalization error on our part. Please see the “DAMAGED PRODUCTS” section above for details regarding damaged orders. For orders that have been personalized incorrectly, we will provide a replacement if the error was our fault. If you believe we have made an error processing your order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your order number and pictures of the item showing the incorrect personalization. A replacement of the exact same item, per the original order, will be sent with corrected personalization. Please note that the replacement item will be filled according to the original order, and no additional change requests can be made. You will be required to ship the original item back to us and post mark the return within 14 days of the delivery date. Please handle your products with care, as we do not have a product warrantee and do not cover wear and tear.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If a refund has been issued and you have not received it yet, first check your account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time determined by your credit card company before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com and include your order number in the email.
Unfortunately, clearance items cannot be refunded. All sales are final on clearance.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs included in your original order are non-refundable. All returns must be shipping by the United States Post Office or it is very likely that it will be returned to you as undeliverable. We are not liable for cost of return packages that come back to you because you shipped with a non-USPS carrier.
We will provide return shipping for orders damaged in transit or that have been processed incorrectly by us.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your returned product to reach us, may vary.
Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and will not refund an item that we do not receive back. We are not liable for lost return packages.
From time to time, we may offer coupons, discounts, and special offers. Only one coupon can be used per order and cannot be combined with a sale or any other coupons, discounts, or offers unless expressly stated. When applicable, coupons will be applied to the regular retail price of an item. Coupons cannot be applied to sale prices unless expressly stated to be able to combine the discounts. We reserve the right to cancel our coupons and offers at any time without notice. Coupons cannot be applied to sale items, clearance items, shipping costs, shipping upgrades, sales tax, gift cards, or previous purchases. Certain items may be excluded from coupons. Coupons cannot be applied to previous orders. Coupons can only be used once per customer unless otherwise stated. Each coupon will be subject to an expiration date. We reserve the right to limit coupon use. Please refer to each coupon’s terms for details and expiration date. We may limit the number of items a coupon may be applied to. Coupons must be entered at check out and cannot be applied to an order after check out.
MVP EMAIL SUBSCRIPTION SIGN UP
Customers may choose to subscribe to the MVP email list via the subscription sign up forms. By subscribing, customers are consenting to receive marketing email communication from Latest Lineups LLC sent to their email address. Newsletters containing marketing content including discount offers will be emailed throughout the year to all active subscribers. All coupons, sales, and offers are subject to the applicable terms set forth in this terms page. Discount exclusions may apply. All apparel is excluded from MVP discounts. Sign up is required to access MVP discounts. Subscribers may unsubscribe at any time and forfeit all MVP offers. We reserve the right to discontinue our MVP program at an time without notice.

You may leave reviews for products that you have purchased. This feature is available only to customers who choose to opt-in to reviews at check out. If you do not check the consent box to receive review emails during check out, you will forfeit your ability to leave a review and will not receive any review emails. Reviews are administered by an independent service, CusRev (Customer Reviews). Your information will be shared with them in order to facilitate the review process if you choose to opt-in. HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY
All orders placed between November 1st thru December 23rd are subject to our holiday return policy. All holiday orders placed between these dates are eligible for return through January 25th of the following year as long as it meets our usual return policy requirements. Note, all personalized orders are NOT returnable.
