ORDER TIMELINE

The time is takes to produce your product(s) varies for each item.  Please view each item’s listing for the estimated delivery by date.  Estimated delivery by dates are also available to view in the cart and can vary by shipping method.  Please note that all dates given are estimates only and are not guaranteed.  While most orders ship quickly we cannot guarantee faster processing times as most items are made to order.  High volume order times such as the holidays may require more time to process your order.  On the rare occasion we are experiencing delays, the estimate delivery by dates on each product page will reflect the delay.  Order deadlines for major holidays will be posted in the announcement banner at the top of each page.

HANDMADE DISCLAIMER

Most products are handmade which may result in slight misalignments and minor variations.  This is considered normal for handmade products and does not constitute a defect.  By ordering you acknowledge that you have been advised that minor imperfections may be present.

DESIGN MODIFICATIONS AGREEMENT

Due to the high level of personalization we offer with may of our products, it may be necessary to change the text, outline, and accent colors in each design, from those pictured in our example photos, in order to assure that all design elements stand out and nothing blends in with your selected team colors.  By ordering you agree to and imply consent that we may take these necessary creative liberties to assure that your team colors can be made to work with each design.

Our products are designed for teenagers 13 years of age or older.  We strongly advise against giving them to children.  Our products are not toys and should not be given to children, especially those under the age of 3.  Please take into consideration the age and maturity level of your child if you are considering giving them our products.  You assume all liability for giving a child our products as this is not their intended use.

GENERAL PRODUCT DISCLAIMER

The product(s) you receive might vary slightly from the product picture due to the nature of your product(s) being handmade to order.  Patterns and colors may vary.  

The design and wording on apparel items may vary slightly in size and placement from the pictures especially among different sizes.

Size charts are provided for apparel items on each apparel listing.  Please measure and use these charts as a guide.  Industry standards for apparel can see these measurements vary by +/- 1 inch.  Measurements are not guaranteed.

PRODUCT CARE

Care for your new product(s) varies by product purchased.  

Apparel – please follow all care labels on each garment.  

Team gifts, accessories, home decor, seasonal products – please follow any care labels and unless it is made specifically to hold liquids (ex. mugs, tumblers) we recommend you do NOT get anything wet and:

* Wipe clean with a soft, dry dust cloth

* Do not wet or use chemicals

* Do not rub with anything abrasive

* Handle with care

* Indoor use only

Your team gifts, home decor product(s), accessories can be damaged if:

* Wet

* Left outside

* Left in the sun

* Chemical exposure

* Subject to mishandling

* Subject to abrasive handling or activity

CELL PHONE CASE DISCLAIMER

While cell phone cases can help to protect a phone from damage, no case including the ones sold here on latestlineups.com can completely protect a phone from damage.  By purchasing and using phone cases from us, you agree to assume all liability for use of the case on your phone and acknowledge that it will not completely protect the phone from all damage.

Our products may contain sharp edges and pinch points, please handle carefully.  May contain small pieces that present choking hazards, especially to small children.  Products are designed for teenagers 13+ and are not recommended for children.  Our products are not toys and should not be given to children especially those under the age of 3.  Please take into consideration the age and maturity level of your child before you consider giving them our products.  You assume all liability for giving a child our products as this is not their intended use.  Plastic bags may present a suffocation hazard, please dispose of carefully.  For products that are meant to be hung, such as home decor items, please hang products with caution.  We are not responsible for damages caused by improper mounting techniques. It is your responsibility to check all hardware for safety prior to mounting.  You assume all liability for use of our products.

COLOR DISCLAIMER

Please note that while we make every effort to represent our colors accurately, each device’s screen displays color differently.  Due to the large variation in screen displays, we are unable to guarantee an exact color match to what you see displayed on your screen.  All color charts displayed on our site are a general reference only and colors are not guaranteed.  Please make your color selection carefully as orders will not be remade due to color variations. At this time we do not offer team color matching services and cannot guarantee a match to your teams colors exactly. 

Colors may vary slightly between different products due to each product consisting of differing materials and substrates.  

Colors available may vary by product.  Please see each individual product listing for the color selection available.

PERSONALIZATION DISCLAIMER

All personalization will be in the font and case as shown in the examples.  Personalization will be all capital letters. All personalization entered and requested will automatically be capitalized on your product, regardless of how you may enter it in the personalization request.

COUPON TERMS

From time to time we may offer coupons and special discounts.  Only one coupon can be used per order and cannot be combined with a sale or any other coupons, discounts, or offers unless expressly stated.  Coupons are not able to be combined with the MVP Insider Team Gift Discount.  When applicable, coupons will be applied to the regular retail price of an item NOT to any applicable sale price unless expressly stated to be able to combine the discounts. We reserve the right to cancel our coupons and offers at any time without notice.  Coupons cannot be applied to shipping costs, sales tax, or gift cards.  Certain items may be excluded from coupons.  Coupons cannot be applied to prior orders.  Coupons can only be used once per customer unless otherwise stated.  Please refer to each coupon’s terms for details and expiration date.

CANCELLATIONS

Unfortunately we cannot accept cancellations.  Your order begins production right after you place it and is made to order just for you.

SHIPPING

We currently ship to the United States only.

Our company may ship using the following carriers and some items may arrive in separate shipments.  

* most ordes will arrive via USPS (United States Postal Service) First Class mail or Priority. Priority and Express shipping upgrades may also be available as an option for select items at checkout for additional cost.

*Fedex

International shipping –

At this time we are not accepting international orders.

Cost calculations

We do our best to apply fair shipping costs to each order.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout.  For orders of $ 35 or more you may select Free standard shipping at check out.  Priority and express may be available for you to upgrade your order at an additional charge.  We make every effort for orders totaling less than $ 35 to receive a fair shipping rate.

TIMELINE FOR UPGRADED SHIPPING METHODS

Selecting express or priority shipping during checkout does not ensure a faster processing time. Your product will still need it’s standard processing time.  The estimate delivery by date for Priority and Express are available in the cart and include all processing times and estimated transit times.  Any shipping times provided are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.  Once we hand your package to the shipping carrier we have no control over shipping time.  Other factors such as weather and high volume shipping times such as the holidays can impact how quickly an order is delivered.

INCORRECT ADDRESS OR UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGE

If your address was not entered correctly at the time of purchase:

Invalid Address:  your package will be marked “Undeliverable” and usually returned to us. We are not liable to reship your order and you will not be refunded.  IF the item is returned to us you will be notified and you will be liable to pay for reshipment or forfeit your order without refund.  If the original item is never returned to us you will not be refunded nor with the item(s) be replaced.

Valid but Incorrect Address: Shipping carriers will deliver to all valid addresses.  Once the package is delivered to the resident at the incorrect address it is up to them to return it to the carrier who will usually ship it back to us.  We are not liable for reshipment of returned packages.  If the package is returned to us we will email you requesting you pay for reshipment.  If you refuse to pay for reshipment or do not respond within 30 days your order will be considered forfeit and will not be refunded.  If packages delivered to an incorrect address are not returned to us we are not liable for replacement and your order will not be refunded or replaced.  

Reshipments due to incorrect address: After we receive the returned order we will contact you for a corrected address in order to reship your order.  Prior to reshipment, you will be responsible for paying the additional shipping charges for the reshipment. Please be sure to double check your address prior to checking out to avoid additional reshipment charges and a delay in receiving your order.  We are not liable for reshipment.  If the original order is not returned to us for reshipment you will not be refunded.  

Please note that orders that are repeatedly undeliverable, refused, the buyer will not respond to a new address request within 30 days of first attempt, or buyer refuses to pay for reshipment will not be refunded or replaced.

RETURNS POLICY

All returns will be handled according to the following policies:

DAMAGED PRODUCTS

Damaged products will be replaced. Personalized and/or customized goods are exempt from being returned unless the product arrives damaged.  Prior approval from Latest Lineups is required.  

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at orders@latestlineups.com to report a damaged product and be sure to include your order number in your email. Please provide pictures of the damaged product and pictures of the packaging and shipping box to begin the return process.  Without prior approval the return will be considered a forced return and will not be refunded nor returned to the buyer.  We are not liable to replace or refund orders that are reported as damaged more than 48 hours after deleivery. 

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:

* Personalized Products

* Gift cards

* Gift Wrap

* All Custom Orders

* Certain holiday or event specific items as noted in the product listing

* Clearance items

For non-personalized/non-customized/non-holiday or event specific items, our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have gone by since your order was marked as delivered by the delivery service, we unfortunately can’t offer you a refund or exchange.  Items are only eligible for return if they are unworn, unwashed, unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.  You are responsible for paying your return shipping costs.  Original shipping charges will not be refunded.  

To complete your return, please contact us at orders@latestlineups.com and include your order number and item(s) name in your email to ensure your item is returnable, and for return instructions.  Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.  Forced returns will not be accepted or refunded nor will they be returned to the buyer. 

Items will not be refunded as follows:

* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, has been washed or worn, or missing parts not due to our error.  

* If a package is undeliverable/refused and returned to us you will not receive a refund.

* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery. 

* Forced returns will not be accepted or refunded nor will they be returned to the buyer. 

* Any item considered non-returnable in accordance with our policies. 

* Items that have been worn, washed, or returned in an unsellable condition will not be refunded.

* Custom Orders

* Personalized or Customized Orders

* Clearance Items

* Gift Cards

* Gift Wrap

* Certain holiday or event specific items

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.  You should see your credit applied to your account within a few days depending upon your credit card processors timeline.  If your return is rejected it will NOT be returned to you nor will it be refunded.  Please be sure to inspect your return to make sure it meets our requirments.  All rejected returns are considered forfeit by the buyer.  

EXCHANGES

We do not offer exchanges at this time.  If you wish to exchange please submit a new order and return the original product as you would in accordance with our returns policy.  

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during shipping.  If your order is damaged in shipping please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.  Please take a picture of the damaged/defective item and the shipping box and email them along with your order number to orders@latestlineups.com to begin the replacement process.  Please double check your personalization prior to placing your order.  We will only replace incorrectly personalized items if it is our error. 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your account again.  Then contact your credit card company or bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time determined by your credit card company before a refund is posted.  If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at orders@latestlineups.com and include your order number in the email. 

CLEARANCE ITEMS

Unfortunately clearance items cannot be refunded.  All sales are final on clearance.  

RETURN SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs included in your order are non-refundable. The cost of the original shipping charges will not be refunded.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your returned product to reach us, may vary.

Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and will not refund an item that we do not receive back.  We are not liable for lost returns packages.

LATE OR MISSING PACKAGES

We will provide you with a tracking number when your order ships.  If your order appears to be stalled or lost in transit you can contact the shipping carrier or feel free to reach out to us at orders@latestlineups.com with your order number and we will assist you in locating your package by contacting the shipping carrier on your behalf.  Please understand that once we hand your package off to the shipping carrier we have no control over the shipping process.  High volume times such as during the holidays can cause additional shipping delays.  All time frames provided for shipping are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. 

If your tracking number has listed your item as delivered but you are unable to locate it please contact the shipping carrier as they can provide GPS coordinates to confirm the location of the delivered package, or feel free to reach out to us at orders@latestlineups.com with your order number and we can contact the carrier on your behalf.  Please also check with other members of your household, neighbors, or the delivery driver themselves if possible.  If the package does appear to have been stolen please contact your local police department and file a police report.  We would be happy to provide any information the local authorities require.  

All orders that are marked as delivered by the carrier are considered fulfilled and will not be refunded or replaced under any circumstance.  Missing or stolen packages will not be refunded or replaced.
