Shipping and Returns/Exchanges Policy

SHIPPING

When Will I Receive My Order?

All orders are filled on a “made to order” basis and require a processing time for personalization before shipment.  Processing times vary throughout the year, and production time can book quickly due to high demand.  Estimated delivery dates are updated in real time and can increase quickly during high volume ordering times.  We suggest that you order as far in advance of your team’s event as possible.  For current estimated delivery times, please view the estimated delivery date info box at the top of each listing:

The estimated delivery date includes both processing and shipping time.  These dates are usually found to be accurate but cannot be guaranteed due to carrier shipping delays related to the current pandemic, holiday delays, weather delays, etc. Shipping upgrades are available to view in your cart for Priority and Express options, as well as the corresponding estimated delivery dates for each option. These optional upgrades can help you to receive your order faster by reducing the shipping time.  All available shipping options will appear in your cart.  Please choose the appropriate shipping speed at check out, as shipping upgrades cannot be added after your order has been placed.  

Please understand that once an order is handed to the shipping carrier, we have no control over the actual shipping speed.  All orders are made in the US and will arrive via USPS, UPS, or Fedex.  

Holiday Shipping Deadlines

Ordering deadlines for major holidays will be available throughout the year in the banner notice at the top of each page.  Any seasonal delays in our normal processing times will be reflected in the estimated delivery dates on each item page and in your cart.

Shipping Cost

We make every effort to offer fair shipping rates for all orders.  Please view the shipping menu in your cart to see all available shipping options for your order as well as the cost to ship.  In addition to standard shipping, you may upgrade your order at an additional cost to Priority or Express when available.  Certain items may only qualify for standard shipping.

Items With Different Processing Times

Orders that contain multiple items with different estimated delivery dates will arrive in multiple shipments. Items are shipped as they are completed. Ordering items with different estimated delivery dates will NOT delay any portion of your order from shipping.

Missing, Damaged, and Undeliverable Orders

Orders that are damaged in transit may be replaced.  You must report all damaged orders within 48 hours of delivery.  Please contact us at orders@latestlineups.com and provide your order number, the name of the item(s), and pictures of the damaged item(s) and its packaging (shipping box).  This information is required by the shipping carrier.  Once these items have been received we will begin processing a replacement.  You will be required to ship the damaged item(s) back to us within 14 days of delivery.

Undeliverable orders, refused orders, or orders shipped to an incorrect address will not be replaced or refunded.  Please check your shipping address for accuracy prior to placing your order.  Any order that is returned to us will only be reshipped if the buyer pays for reshipment.  The original order must be returned to us prior to any reshipment attempt.  If the original order is not returned to us, you will not be refunded nor will your order be replaced or reshipped.  We are under no circumstances liable for reshipment or incorrect addresses supplied by the buyer.  

Orders that appear to have been lost in transit may be replaced.  We may request a waiting period of up to 14 business days after expected delivery to make sure your package is not just delayed at a sort facility.  Once an item has been determined as lost in transit, a replacement order will be initiated.  All orders listed as delivered by the shipping carrier are considered complete.  We are not liable for missing or stolen packages and will not reship your item(s).  Please check with the shipping carrier as they log GPS coordinates for deliveries and may be able to locate your package.  Please file a police report with your local authorities if theft is suspected.  

RETURNS

Return Policy

*** Items are only eligible for return if they are not personalized, in their original condition, unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.  Please note that almost all items we sell fall into the non-returnable category due to personalization. *** 

Our return policy is 30 days from the date of delivery.  We do not offer refunds or exchanges after 30 days.  Please note that all personalized items, custom orders, gift cards, gift wrap, and clearance items are NOT returnable.  Original shipping charges will not be refunded.  All returns MUST be sent via the United State Post Office or it is likely that the item will be returned to you undeliverable.  Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges.  Please consider a tracking number and insuring your return package as we will NOT refund an order we do not receive back.  We are not liable for any lost return packages.

To begin the return process please email us at orders@latestlineups.com within 30 days of delivery for return instructions.  Please be sure to include your order number and the name of the item(s) you wish to return.  This information can be found in your order confirmation email.  You will be required to ship your return back to us within 14 days of your return request date.  

All returns require prior approval.  Forced returns will not be accepted, nor will they be refunded or returned to the buyer.  

Refunds will be processed once the item(s) is returned to us.  Once the item(s) is received, it will be inspected to make sure it meets our return policy criteria.  Approved returns will be issued a refund and an email confirmation will be sent. Credit will be issued to the same card the purchase was made with.  Please allow your bank several days to credit your account.  Please be sure that your return meets our requirements prior to shipping it back to us.  Returns not meeting our return criteria will not be refunded and will not be returned to the buyer.  

EXCHANGES

Exchange Policy

We do not accept exchanges at this time.  If you wish to exchange an item please submit a new order and contact us to return the original item, provided it meets the criteria of our return policy.  This greatly reduces your wait time to receive your new item and reduces the risk that your item will be out of stock.

Exchange Due to Incorrect Personalization

We will only accept exchanges for items that have been personalized incorrectly if the fault is on our part.  Please email a photo of your item with the incorrect personalization to orders@latestlineups.com within 48 hours of receipt so we can send you a replacement.  Be sure to include your order number which can be found in your order confirmation email.  The original item must be shipped back to us within 14 days of delivery and a replacement of the exact same item, per the original order, will be sent with corrected personalization.  Please note that the replacement item will be filled according to the original order, and no additional change requests can be made.  Please double check your spelling prior to submitting your order.  Sorry, but we cannot replace or refund orders where the buyer has entered their personalization incorrectly.

Holiday Return Policy

All orders placed between November 1st and December 23rd are returnable thru January 25th of the following year as long as they meet our usual return policy requirements.  Personalized items are not returnable.  Gift wrap is not returnable.
