Shipping and Processing Times
The time is takes to ship an order varies by product. Each product listing displays an estimated delivery date which includes both production and transit time. Please note that these delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Processing times may increase due to high demand at certain times of the year such as the holidays. Any seasonal delays in our normal processing times will be reflected in the estimated delivery dates on each item page and in your cart. Shipping times are estimates only and may vary due to delays being experienced by the carrier such as holiday delays, weather delays, etc. Please understand that once an order is handed to the shipping carrier, we have no control over the actual shipping speed. Ordering deadlines for most major holidays will be available throughout the year in the banner notice at the top of each page and/or on our homepage header. Business days are generally Monday through Friday and exclude holidays. All orders ship from within the United States. Most orders will arrive via US Postal Service. Shipping time varies based on the shipping speed you select at check out. Standard shipping usually arrives in 2-6 days, Priority usually arrives in 1-3 days, and Express usually arrives in 1-2 days after the products have gone through production and have been shipped. Upgraded shipping options may not be available for every item. All available shipping options for your order will appear in the cart at check out. Delivery dates provided in the cart and at check out are not guaranteed. While express shipping is available for some items it will not change the time needed to process your order before it is shipped. All orders will be shipped with a tracking number that will be emailed to you upon shipment. Orders with more than one item may arrive in separate shipments as needed.
Items with different processing times: Orders that contain multiple items that state different estimated delivery dates will likely arrive in more than one shipment. We DO NOT hold portions of orders until everything has been produced. Items are shipped as they are completed. Ordering items with different estimated delivery dates will NOT delay any portion of your order from shipping.
We make every effort to offer fair shipping rates for all orders. Orders of $ 35 or more will have the option to ship free via standard shipping (2-6 days). You may upgrade your order at an additional cost to Priority or Express when available.

Our return policy is 30 days from the date of delivery. We do not offer refunds or exchanges after 30 days. Please note that all personalized items, custom orders, gift cards, gift wrap, holiday items, event specific items, and clearance items are NOT returnable. Original shipping charges will not be refunded. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges. Please consider a tracking number and insuring your return package as we will NOT refund an order we do not receive back. We are not liable for any lost return packages.
To begin the return process please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for return instructions. Please be sure to include your order number and the name of the item(s) you wish to return.
Refunds will be processed once the item is returned to us. Once the item(s) are received and inspected to ensure that they meet our return requirements, a refund will be issued if approved and we will send you an email confirmation either confirming or denying your refund. Returns not meeting our return criteria wil not be refunded and will not be returned to the buyer. Please be sure that your return meets the requirements prior to shipping back to us. Credit will be issued to the same card the purchase was made with. Please allow your bank several days to credit your account.
*** Items from our seasonal collections that are for a specific holiday or high school event are NOT returnable. ***
We do not accept exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item please submit a new order and return the original item. This greatly reduces your wait time to receive your new item and reduces the risk that your item will be out of stock.
We will only accept exchanges for items that have been personalized incorrectly if the fault is on our part. Please double check your spelling prior to submitting your order. We will not replace or refund orders where the buyer has entered their personalization incorrectly.
Holiday Return Policy
All orders placed between November 1st and December 23rd are returnable thru January 31st as long as they meet our usual return policy requirements. Gift wrap is not returnable.
Orders lost in transit or damaged may be replaced. You must report all damaged orders within 48 hours of delivery. Please contact us at email@example.com and provide your order number, the name of the item(s), and pictures of the damaged item and its packaging. This information is required by the shipping carrier. Once these items have been received we will begin processing a replacement.
Undeliverable/refused orders or orders shipped to an incorrect address will not be replaced or refunded. Please check your shipping address for accuracy prior to shipment. Any order that is returned to us will only be reshipped if the buyer pays for reshipment. The original order must be returned to us prior to any reshipment attempt. If the original item is not returned to us you will not be refunded nor will your order be replaced or reshipped. We are under no circumstances liable for reshipment or incorrect addresses supplied by the buyer.
Once an item is listed as delivered by the shipping carrier we are not liable for missing or stolen packages and will not reship your item(s). Please check with the shipping carrier as they log GPS coordinates for deliveries. Please file a police report with your local authorities if theft is suspected.
