All orders are filled on a made-to-order basis in order to include your personalization.  Each order requires a processing time that can vary throughout the year. Please plan to order as early as possible before your event.  We do book quickly and processing times are adjusted in real time as needed.  Estimated delivery dates can increase quickly during high volume times.  

Please look for the estimated delivery info box toward the top of each product listing to see your current estimated delivery date for that item.

This box displays your estimated delivery date, including current processing time and the standard shipping option.  Estimated delivery dates are also available to view on the shipping menu in your cart.  Shipping upgrades are available and can speed up your delivery date by several days.  Please view the shipping menu in your cart to see the estimated delivery dates for each available shipping method.

Yes, we offer expedited shipping options to shorten your shipping time.  Please view your cart to see all available shipping options as well as the estimated delivery date for each option.  Regular processing times still apply to your order.  These options will only shorten the transit time of your order.

Each item provides an “estimated delivery by” date on the listing.  These dates are usually accurate but are not guaranteed.  Due to the ongoing pandemic related delays being experienced by all shipping carriers, all dates provided are estimates only.  We closely monitor the shipping process and strive to offer the most accurate dates possible.  We suggest ordering as early as possible before your event in order to assure extra time for delivery.  Shipping upgrades are available at check out to shorten delivery time and help increase the priority of your order with the carrier.  Please understand that once we hand your order to the shipping carrier we have no control over delivery.  

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we cannot accept order cancellations.

We will gladly assist you with any problems you may have with your order.  We offer item exchanges for a limited number of circumstances, per our return policy, but we are unable to accept returns.  Please be aware that because all of our items are personalized they are NOT returnable.  Please view our return policy here.  

We will gladly offer an exchange for a limited number of circumstances.  Generally, we cannot offer exchanges because all of our products are personalized.  We will gladly exchange any item that was personalized incorrectly if the fault was ours. Please check your personalization carefully before submitting your order.  We will also exchange items damaged during the shipping process.  Please contact us at and provide your order number, the name of the item(s), and pictures of the damaged item(s) and pictures of the shipping box within 48 hours of delivery.  We’ll provide return shipping for all items that meet our exchange criteria.  Please post mark exchanges within 14 days of the delivery date.  Please view our exchange policy here.

Shipping costs vary depending upon the level of shipping service selected.  We offer standard, priority, and express options.  Please view the shipping menu in your cart to view all available options for your order as well as the cost and delivery dates for each.  Occasionally certain products may only qualify for standard shipping.  

Sorry, coupons cannot be applied to orders after they have been placed.

There’s no proofs, no approvals needed, no need to watch you inbox for ‘approval needed’ emails, and no delay in processing waiting for approval.  Just order and wait for your sports gifts to arrive!  We make the process as simple as possible for you!  We’ll only email you and require a response in the extremely rare event that there is a question regarding your order. 

When ordering items with different estimated delivery dates, your items will likely arrive in more than one shipment, with each item arriving per their estimated delivery date.  

Yes, we are often able to offer further customization for any of our products.  Please email us at to discuss your customization request BEFORE placing your order.  We are unable to offer custom requests for orders after they have been placed.  Please include the name of the item you would like to customize as well as a detailed description of your customization request. Please note that additional processing time as well as customization fees may apply to fulfill your request. Most requests will receive a response within 24 hours Monday – Friday.  Please allow for extra response time on weekends and holidays.  

No, we keep the ordering process as simply as possible for you!  We do not send proofs or require an ‘approval response’ from you before processing your order.  We will only email you requiring a response in the extremely rare occasion that there is a question about your order.  Simply place your order, then sit back and wait for it to arrive per the estimated delivery dates provided at check out.
